Tiremusu

Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Tiremusu macOS application, sold by Seymen Ozdes as an individual.

Last updated October 7, 2026

License

Tiremusu is sold as a licensed product, not as source code. You may use it on any Mac you personally work on. One purchase covers one person on any number of Macs; it does not cover a team, a shared or work machine, or a company rollout.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or include Tiremusu in another product. A purchase includes updates for the 1.x line at no cost. A new major version is sold separately.

Provided as is

Tiremusu is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seymen Ozdes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of Tiremusu.

Your configuration files

When you connect Claude Code or Codex, Tiremusu adds hook entries to your own agent configuration files. You are responsible for the contents of those files and for keeping your own backups. Tiremusu keeps a copy of each file before every change, and shows you what it will change before writing, but you should still keep your own backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Removing the app does not remove these entries. Use Disconnect in Settings → Agents, and see the Support page for the full removal steps.

Third-party marks

Claude, Claude Code, and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Codex and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. macOS and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. These marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products Tiremusu works with. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (Turkey).
